Can I have my number re-activated please!

Please assist as my MTN contract was suspended, and I made a follow up on procedure to activate my number and I was told to pay the full Outstanding balance, which I did on the 20th December 2013, after that I called MTN several times for them to assist with the activation of my number and I was told that my account was with their legal department and my call was transferred to them but no one answers the phone, until today my number is still not activated, I haven't managed to speak to their legal team as they are not answering the calls and I was told if they are not answering it means they are busy. the total outstanding as per their statement was R 2 258.22 and I paid R 2 260.00 into their ABSA acc no: 4063304150 on the 20th of December 2013 with my cell number as a reference. I still have my proof of payment.
