Disconnected from the world because of Cell C

On 01April 2013, I woke up with both my cellphones not working. I was getting a msg saying "mobile network not available. When I called the helpdesk, I was told that my phones have been permantly de-activated and handed over to legal and the lady would log a call for legal to call me back. My accounts were paid on the 22Apr, so I could not understand why my phones were cut off. I called again later and asked to be transferred to legal, they told me that a whole number of phones were de-activated by accident and I had to go and buy new sim cards so they could re-activate. I did this and send through the serial numbers and I've called them everyday last week and they promised that this should be sorted by friday, 17:00pm. It is now monday 08/04/2013 and I am still without any phones and they are still telling me that have sent the numbers for re-activation. There is no supervisor available and I am really frustrated, because I am now abusing my work landline and the minimum holding time @ cell c before you speak to someone is around 8 to 10 miniutes.
