Poor Service from Legal Department

My name is Fiona Gengan. I am a Cell C Customer. My account went into default because my bank details were not changed. Cell C had then cancelled my contract and my number without me knowing about the issue. I had since then called and a guy by the name of Malcolm Chetty helped me. He gave me the balance outstanding which I paid (R 1020.00) into the Cell C Nedbank account with my cell no- 0842582482 as a reference.
He said once this is done then my number- 0842582482 will be re-activated. I called the call center- 084145 and was told to buy a SIM card and call back to do a SIM swap as my profile was deleted. All these calls have been recorderd- I hope!
To date I have not recieved any feedback from Cell C. i went to the branch in Pietermaritzburg- Liberty Mall and they couldnt help me. They said my contract has been deleted and I will have to deal witht Cell C customer service directly. I can never get theough to the legal department. Nobody returns my calls or emails. i am axtremely frustrated.
