I called CellC customer services for almost the whole day and no one could assist me. I was told to speak to Legal department and the consultants in Legal were not helpful at all.
I just wanted the outstanding balance on my account and to see if CellC has received my payments for previous months and current month. My cell number has been given to someone-else and I've been using the cell number as my reference number when making payments. I've always used the same method and same reference number *cell number* since I took the contract with Cellc 4 years ago. So, I just wanted to know if payments goes to my account or someone-else... SIMPLE BUT NONE OF THE CONSULTANTS COULD HELP. I was told someone from legal will call me since last month if not 2 months ago and I'm still waiting. I JUST NEED THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE AND SEE IF MY PAYMENTS REFLECTS ON MY ACCOUNT... THAT'S ALL. if payments has gone to the wrong account, I just need transfer to the right account.
