It's 2014... and still nothing from 8ta!

Yippeee...

It's 2014, a brand new year and guess what? I still haven't received my money from 8ta, and guess what? I've even been on hold right now for about 30 minutes... that's after i got cut off the 1st time around after waiting for what seemed like centuries.

8ta, this is my 4th e-mail to you guys now. Really? Now i'm told my case:7250036 is closed, HOW? I haven't received my money, so how is it closed?

And i bet the only thing i'm going to receive is another response saying "apologies for the inconvenience, this matter will be sorted out and feedback will be given to you", but i will get no help, none whatsover!!

Really now? Really?

Oh... and i'm still on hold... oh no wait, i just cut off while typing this very text!! WOW, you guys NEVER cease to amaze me!!!
