I am so disgusted with service i have been from both The Glen Mall and 808 call center, no one seems to know what they doing. I did an upgrade on the 2 Jan 2014 and was given a new sim for my new phone, that sim is still not active today, went back to the branch 3 times wasting my petrol for nothing, called 808 numerous times that i have even lost count. The last attempt to the store was on Saturday, where i even told the consultant what to do as the solution as i work for a telecoms, i told him to rather cut my old sim to a micro so i can use it on my new phone. To cut long story short i am sitting with 3 sim cards and none of them are active. So im paying for no service. How disgusting
