Two weeks without active sim or solution

For such a big cellular network as Vodacom, they really have the worst customer care ever. They seriously don't care about giving their customers, who's likely paying their salaries, any service at all. After a call we received from Vodacom, stating there is an unusual data usage of R7000.00, we still don't know what caused this problem. This was around two weeks ago. Since then, I logged a call to Vodacom, they said they will call back. No one called. I've lost count of how many times I called them back and needed to explain my story over again. They said to take the phone to customer service so they can run a diagnostic on the phone to see what might have happened. I was passed on to all the different sections in the Vodacom customer care store and no one could help us. So as we still had no solution, I drove all the way to Vodaworld in Midrand, figuring they might be able to help. After a waiting period of 2hours, the lady took 2minutes telling me I should go to Vodacom Image. From there, the guy said, he can't help. That was last Saturday. My phone has been blocked and after 100 more phone calls this week, no one could tell me what the problem is. This is for an up to date account.
