I did an upgrade at MTN Morningside on Rivonia road on 16/10/2013 to a iPhone 5, I had to do a sim swop to a micro sim and was told it would be active in a few hours. It's nearly 48 hours and sim is still not active. I called 808 for assistance and was asked for the sim details. I noticed that the consultant who assisted me did not give me the starter pack but only put the sim in my phone. I now can not use the phone and don't have sim details. The warranty on the phone is 7 days and I don't even know if this works yet even though I've had it for 2 days. Should there be a problem with the phone and I only discover it once my sim is active I will hold MTN liable to replace my phone immediately.
