I submitted a simple query on MTN Active with regards to my account after everything changed on the MTN website. I asked that ALL my MTN contract numbers be available under the new MTN active profile which I had to register.
After waiting over 2 days for a response (which I was not notified of, I had to log in and check for myself), I was told to either register with my old "primary cell number"... which I can't do because, I quote the website "I am already registered with my email address"... OR, I must phone the call center "808" and have the "primary number" changed... I attempted to call... 3 times... and after waiting over 12 minutes each time, I eventually gave up.
I work in telecoms, how the can you leave a client hanging on for so long?
So now, MTN can give ME a call and assist me with this. I am not wasting anymore time.
