Sim card not active after over 24 hours

My tablet along with my data sim card were from my property on 03/01/2014. I called the call center to block the sim, despite dealing with an incompetent person, when I went to unblock it, I found out it actually wasn't blocked at all.
I did a sim swop on 27/01/2014 at 12/1 pm at the Tygervalley mall, and was told the sim will be activated in 4-6 hours. I called the call center today at 2 pm to query why it still isn't active and was asked to remove the sim from my device and replace after 10 mins and reboot. It didn't work, so I had to call back and speak to a different consultant and go through the whole process again (explanation and security questions) and I was cut off. I called a third time and the consultant requested me to remove and replace the sim again as the "refresh" was just done. Needless to say, the sim card is still not active and I'm sick and tired of having to explain the problem to a new consultant as well as go through the security questions every time I need to call back in order to fix the SAME issue. Theres never a delay with the debit order from my account so I don't understand why I should accept such poor service. VERY FRUSTRATED
