I lost my sim card when my phone went in for repairs. I went to Cell C to do a sim swop. I told the consultant from the beginning its a contract number with Cell C and that I need a micro sim. I ended up getting a normal sim and he said he can't fix it to the correct one. He then gave me a micro sim and told me to phone the call centre and let them fix it from me. After I phoned about 3 times they said that they will contact me in 2 -4 hours to let me now my micro sim is active. Its almost been a full day and no feedback. Very unhappy as I have now been without a phone for 4 days. If the consultant did his job correctly from the beginning this would not have happened.
