Failure to delive

The level of incompetency by your telkom shop sales reps is highly frustrating me, today i'm celebrating the 8th day anniversary of not being able to use my Samsung Galaxy S4 that i got on a contract from your shop.

first i was given a normal sim card while i was suppose to be issued with a micro sim card by your rep at marshall town, he told me they don't have micro sims. i went to cresta mall where i was issued with a micro sim on friday 30th august which was never active till today.

tuesday 3rd sept. i called her (Louisa) at cresta mall to explain whats happening and she said vodacom rejected the porting and she will do it again using another micro sim and it will be active on wednesday 4th sept, that never happened.

now both the normal and micro sim cards that i have are not active, when i called cresta they told me they are experiencing power failure and they can't access the system and she's (louisa) is not at work. i went to marshall town to inquire and i was told that the sim is active and suddenly the system went offline and the guy requested your call center agents to call me that was over an hour ago, that has never happened until now.
