Failure to activate my micro sim

I've been to Nashua mobile for about three or four times with the same problem but still my sim card is not activated on the 4th of November 2013 I went to collect my phone from Nashua mobile and I was given the phone with a wrong sim which was not a micro sim by Cynthia of Nashua mobile malelane as the phone uses a micro sim I then went back so she can sort this mess, she then issued me with a micro sim card, when I got home the sim was not active. on the 6th of November 2013 I then went to Nashua mobile in Barberton think they will assist me to solve this problem gugu assisted me with the activation of the micro sim and she informed me that it may take 2 hours before the sim is activated. after 2 hours the sim was still not active I then call their customer care only to be told that I was supposed to have been issued with a new micro sim in Barberton of which they didn't do, and have need to go back to the branch so they can issue a new micro sim.

how can to different branches fail to do a sim swap. The poor staff is not trained properly and my sim is still not active
