No Lis Agents in your shops

I am due for an upgrade on the 10th January 2014 this coming Friday.

I took the liberty last Thursday to mail both the Kenilworth and Howard Centre Vodacom Stores to enquire as to what I qualify for on my Upgrade on Top Up 400.

No reply was received at all and after visiting the Howard Centre shop Saturday to enquire I was told. You need to comeback as the specials change Tuesday.

To me the attitude and culture in your shops is almost like theres no lis or enthusiasm. Also makes me question should I continue supporting Vodacom as I feel like your standards have dropped and the culture created in your walk in stores is pathetic.

Can someone please let me know what I qualify for on my upgrade and more so give me.confidence to uograde with Vodacom cause right now MTN and Cell C can offer me bette
