84 Hours going on 96 after upgrading I am still waiting for my sim swap to be activated (which is compulsory and not by choice to be able to use the new phone.) We have been back to the store twice, they claim they can't help, got a new sim, that didn't help, spoke with the call centre numerous times, that didn't help, emailed all possible escalation channels:

Only to be advised: "We apologise for the inconvenience, however Simswap's are done at Store level and you would have to revert back to the store for resolution."
This is the most frustrating, disappointing experience and example of horrendous service I have ever encountered.
So much for being a loyal and paying customer, with 4 contracts (needless to say, this wil be reduced!)
This reflects so poorly on MTN... wonder if Vodacom or Cell C would be this useless?
