Three Diferent stories from three different agents

Friday 16 August 2013 i call nashua to enquire about my Options for an upcomming upgrade. I enquire about changing an existing data contract to a voice contract when i upgrade, and i get told, no you cannot do it. Then i phone again to get the upgrade specials that you are running and discuss the same issue with the next agent, and i get told you can do it as Vodacom is the only Netword that allows this. The agent then says they will in anycase forward me the upgrade specials of data and voice contracts for me to look at. Today Wednesday 21/08/2013 i still have not received the upgrade specials, I call Nashua again, and now the story again changed?? Now again, it is not allowed to change a data contract to a voice contract when you upgrade?? I dont see how Vodacom does not allow this as a friend upgraded her data contract about four months ago, at one of the Vodacom shops and they allowed her to change to a voice conract from a data contract?? Nashua please explain to me how i get two different stories, and how it is possible for vodacom customers to get this right at a Voda shop but i am unable to do this through Nashua Mobile??
