My account for December (invoice) November (usage) was extremely high as to my normal monthly usage and as this is my company cell phone I monitor it very closely, I went on-line to check my itemised billing and came across smses that was sent over a 3 day period to 40014 @ R17.54 coming to a total of R210.48 total of 12 smses sent, I have seen 2 other complaints on Hello Peter about the same issue, please can this be resolved as I did not send these messages as I do not even know who or what this number entails, I have checked my other months as well just to make sure of the number and it does not reflect. Please advise urgently. Thank you.
