My billing is not yet sorted and now disconnected!

I have called Elon on Monday to get an explaination how they got to a gps usage total of R4113.72 cause when I check my itemised billing the usage total cost adds up to R2, 789.14. I am still awaiting the feedback from Elon as he promised to investigate this matter and give me feedback. Today I called again and the phone just rings. I have sent back the e-mail with my itemised billing attached. I have now been disconnected all because I am not getting feedback on my query.

Again I ask, must I go ahead and pay the correct amout as per my itemised billing so that this matter can be settled?

My bill should reflect as follows:
Total Usage R 3 447.78
Monthly charge R 285.46
Total (excl VAT) R 3 733.24
Vat (14%) R 522.65
Total (incl VAT) R 4 255.89

Very frastrated!
