I have a Business to run and my Internet has been going on and off for the past 3 weeks and this has been happening on and off over the years. Telkom are very obliging but cannot seem to fix the problem which I think is very serious. I need this problem to be fixed urgently even if it means laying a new cable as I cannot go on like this anymore and I want a refund on our telephone account as we pay you each month but do not get service and for all the numerous occassions I have not been able to get Internet.
