I applied for a uncapped ADSL line. I did this over the phone.
I was not informed about the ridiculous throttling policy.
When they throttled me, and I called to complain, they had this "we don't give a about you" attitude and immediately asked me if I would like to cancel my account. They didn't bother to ask me what they can do to sort it out. Doesn't matter what I tried, I never even got to speak to anyone with authority.
My R450 might not mean anything to you, but word of mouth will cost you millions.,
I will make it my personal duty to spread the word and make sure no one I meet or anyone in my social networks group will ever go to MWEB, or even leave Mweb. No one should be misled like I did.
Don't advertise something as uncapped 4Mb but its actually capped up to a certain point then its a half a Mb
If mweb doesn't respond, I wont even be surprised.
I have moved my internet to someone who bothered to explained ALL the details to me. Ond you know what, I was willing to pay more if they just told me the fine print.
