Complete lack of service on my account from Mtn.
They do not correspond with me, no matter how many times I go into the Rivonia Branch - and the staff there are completely clueless and lazy.
Credit Control never contacts me, no matter how many times I have tried to contact them to sort out my account.
My monthly charge amounts went from an average charge to a ridiculous amount, and because no one contacts me and I am told that I just need to pay absurd amounts before they will even speak to me, I am unable to even begin to sort out my account.
I would appreciate it if a senior credit control manager could contact me. Although that's wishful thinking considering the lack of service I have received so far.
