ABSA Changed My Account & Card STILL doesnt work

On 13 Dec 2013 I was a victim of f*r*a*u*d which ABSA handled very well - they stopped the payment, I got my money back and I was very impressed. My cheque card was stopped so I went into ABSA Rivonia to get a new one as instructed. Tried card at a shop & it didnt work (Declined, card number does not exist). Went back to ABSA Rivonia, was assured its fixed - still doesnt work (paid R55 for new card). Then I get a strange ADMIN charge from ABSA on 25 Dec "MONTHLY ACC FEE (EFFEC 24122013) CBP capitalisation R115.35" as I am on the Platinum Value Bundle which is R149p/m I call ABSA to enquire about this charge - they tell me I'm no longer on value bundle, I was changed to Pay as You Transact. WHY??? What other hidden charges am I still going to get now? I have a card that I cant use and I am being charged amounts which I cant control. I am very disappointed. Was told to go to the branch AGAIN. I am not taking a 3rd day off to sort this out in the branch, I want the value bundle like I had before & better not get charged again on 2 January. I also want a working cheque card and I dont want to pay another R55 for it.
