I contact Avon on the 10th of May. I made a payment with the invoice number as reference instead of the account number. I've left a complaint on Hello Peter before because nobody is prepared to help sort it out, where I was told it will be sorted out. I have been in contact with the customer care center, where I am repeatably told the person that needs to do the journals is not in, and the supervisor on duty cant take any calls. Avon has received the payments, but I now have an overdue amount on my account, because Avon's staff are never there to help. My credit score is now being influenced because of incompetent staff, and of bad service.
