Triple billing on account

Afternoon

I only had time to write this now, as i was furious about how me and my m other the account holder of the Cell C contacts was handled.

Breakdown is as follows: My mothers account has been triple billed for over 3 Months two amounts show on the statement the 3rd amounts of R1, 400 does not, we went to the Cell C store in The glen Mall as my mother had surgery on her vocal chords, we checked the account with the agent, and to our surprise the R1, 000 does not appear.
She can not speak so had to contact the billing department... issue begins now, she cant speak and hence she cant do the security check, i had advised both the agent and supervisor (Neville) of this situation and both told me that she must call them when better in 2 months.. I advise them i can do the security check, Nevilee speaks to the agent at the store and still refused to assist after they had spoken, were as your company will continue to debit amounts we can not find. I suspect, and the unwillingness to help, even with all the security check information i have from the account holder

We find this pathetic and insulting. We wish to have this matter address.
