RCS is dealing with our credit matters and the matter was escalated to their senior management for resolving. They will be in direct contact with you. - really?? REALLY???
IT WAS A GAME ACCOUNT .. YOUR STORE... IT IS THE 18TH and guess what .. RCS SENIOR MANAGEMENT are upsetting YOUR CUSTOMERS... NO REPLY YET!!!
And THIS AFTER I HAVE MAILED 5 TIMES - YES 5 AND STILL NO RESPONSE... GLAD I CLOSED THE WIFES ACCOUNT. WHAT WAS SHE THINKING???
Its was a Game account - please sort this out... you have the proof of payment I need an account closure confirmation FFS!
