Had enough

In December my number was deleted by Vodacom. Phoning to find out what was the problem they notified me that im R1600.00 outstanding on my account. As I was!!! My account was paid up to date and the last month still went into a credit amount due to me paying more than what I was suppose to. I requested from vodacom to send me statements. I NEVER received any paperwork regarding this no matter how many times I phoned. Eventually I got an email which told me that they have now handed me over to their laywers. Trying to sort this out with the laywers then from Apri 2013 and eventually I received a statement from them only on the 16th September 2013. Working through this statement there was months that amounts was debited from my account 3 TIMES but I never noticed. As the statements goes on it shows my account being in a Credit, then it just all off a sudden jumps to an amount of R1316.00. R500.00 3 times in the same month was billed not EVEN ON MY CONTRACTS!!! I only have 2 contracts with vodacom but im getting billed for other contracts thats not even mine. They listed me as a slow payer BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!! I want this sorted out and they will repair my credit name!!!
