I need some urgent assistance as I don't come right with updating my MTN details. I sick and tired of calling for 3 or 4 times, giving my updated card details but they never heard of Discovery and keep on re-asking is it Nedbank. When I say please charge my card with outstanding amounts as a result of call centre unable to charge my card, she ask will it be cash... I asked for Credit Card. Please I would appreciate somebody on a higher level to call me and assist to sort this out as the caliber of average staff member of your call centre is shocking!!!
