BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, EMPTY PROMISES

Where can I begin? I have two cars fitted with tracker. Since day one there was issues with the billing. I went to the tracker website and ive sent a mai to the so called CEO... On the website they say that the CEO will contact you winthin 24 hours... Done that and nothing happened... Did it again and got a response after 2 days... Received a email on 25/01/2013 from Seiso Ramokhehle after I stopped my debit order...

They did credit my account with the amount queried. I asked them to sent me all the outstanding invoices so that I can pay them. As I received the invoices I noticed 3 amounts per month. They told me that I apparently had 3 cars on the system and that they will sort it out. The lady said that I must wait with the payment till they sort it out... Its now 09/05/2013 and I still didn't get any credit note... no phone call... just a sms that said... "The amount is outstanding on your tracker account. We are now forced to suspend it, this may negatively impact your insurance policy and credit profile...
