"system error", miss charging & poor service

I have tried countless times to contact you to sort out my cellphone contact.

Once again you have failed to load my 1 gig of data to my contact & then charge me for your fault.

This has happened more then 6 times & I have only had my contract a few months.

My number is 0828860577.

in the past you had charged me higher rates for data & on my previous contract had not loaded my data.

with this current contract you continue to miss charge me & do not load my data. this has happened above 6 times in less then 6 months.

the service is questionable & bordering on criminal. you are exploiting the fact that we are on debt order.

Please fix this

surely it should not require that I contact you more then once on this matter.

load the data I have paid for & credit me for the amounts you have miss charged.
