I realized on the 30th of Dec 2013 another contact is active on my account without me signing any documents. I reported the matter to Vodacom Cancellation and after service department. According to the call center the contract will be removed from my account with in 2 days. When I asked for a reference number the lady informed me they is no reference number and I can phone back in 2 days.
4 business days later I phone to follow up why the contract is still active the call center keep transferring me from 1 department to another.
Please assist me to solve the matter ASAP.
