Hi,
I decided for a trouble free upgrade solicited by Vodacom direct after rolling over to month by month after an expired contract.
I am sure that some recompense should be in order after living though a new year with no contact to my business or friends over the festive period,
Three days after the failed upgrade I still have No Service on my phone I have no data or phone calls and despite calling the service centre several times a day for three to four days I have no connectivity,
They seem unable to resolve the problem.
I am certain that the treating customers fairly act has something to contribute to paying for a service that seems completely unavailable day after day.
