I have been trying to get through to mtn contact centre and at one stage i was holding on for 2 and a half hours. I decided to contact mtn directly on 011 9123000 on the switch board and spoke to Naomi. Instead of listening to the fact that I am not getting any response from the call centre she transfers me back to the same call centre I am getting no response from. I call her 3 more times and each time she tells me I am doing something wrong, i have been a client of mtn for almost 15 years SO HOW WOULD I NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE CONTACT CENTRE. I call again and ask if there are any technical issues and what does this bright client centic individual do SHE TRANSFERS ME BACK INTO THE SAME QUEUE. I understand if there are issues but service like this makes me wonder why I spend more than R2000 with them for so long and figure that maybe its time to join another network.
