My services were suspended after Vodacom never called for the debit order that has been in place for 18 years. They suspended my phone without any warning sms or contact. I run this phone as my businss line which is crucial to my business. I phoned and they said it was in arrears but could not explain why the debit order had not called for. Their attitude stinks, you can never get a supervisor to assist or call you back, I had to get my girlfriend to phone for a supervisor and well well, they put her through. I receive and sms saying that the amount is due on the 31/1/2014!!! Which has not come and yet they cut my line!!! Going to our local customer services centre is ridiculous as you wait for about 2 hours for service... three agents only working and about 7 seats for agents... In tryig to get help I was ignored, was spoken to rudely and flattly denied assistance. I was told to send proof of payment which I did at the cost of R20 and reconnection fee of R10... then when I get my services partially back... they send an sms saying thanks for the payment and we do not need proof of payment...!!! Make up your minds. I need assistance NOW!!!
