I recently obtained a Nokia Lumia 800, the Nokia flagship smart phone, as part of a contract upgrade.
The font on the "contacts" is so small it is almost impossible to read the telephone numbers. The phone does not have an option to change the font size.
I have looked at various forums to address the problem. It is a technical problem with the phone. Nokia has simply ignored all the complaints made by many users through its forums:

Unless the problem is fixed this product should be withdrawn from the market.
I feel that this needs to be brought to the attention of the companies offering Nokia Lumia's as part of upgrade packages and of potential buyers. Unless this is sorted out soon I will never get a Nokia again.
