Mistreating of staff after armed

On the 18th of December we had a armed at Hicell Vodacom in Northmead. We were 4 ladies working there. The took place at 09:30 in the morning. All 4 of us were forced into the office where the safe are and held at gunpoint until I (now resigned manager) opened up the safe. I was attacked for not doing so on first command. The robbers took all the cellphones in the safe as well as my personal phone and one of the other staff member's tablet. Then they took off. Our regional manager was there within an hour but he kept all of us in that shop until 15:30 that afternoon with a promise of counselling asap. The next morning we had to open the shop pretending like nothing had happened and serving customers with a smile. I called our regional manager and asked for counselling. On 31st Dec we received a mail telling us our phones is not going to be replaced. I resigned on 31st Dec because of all this. The damage that's been done is our own problem without any help from the MD, Mr Fanie Kok. I think its a shame to say the least. The other 3 ladies are still working there but I think something has to be done before its to late.
