My husband and i went camping at this resort. We were booked from the 31st December 2012 to the 5th January 2013. on that evening we were robbed from all our food and beverages and my husband's watch.
i phoned Jannie on the morning of the 1st January 2013 and explained what happened. i also said that we were not safe staying and we were leaving and i requested a refund because the place is not safe to stay.
i am still waiting for the refund. I phoned him last week and Friday and he promised me the refund on the weekend. I once again tried to phone him this morning and his telephone is off.
I really would not suggest that anybody goes to this camping site as it is not safe and the owner called Jannie is not a man of his word.
