About 18 months ago I had an alarm installed. The 'Expert' sales consultants came to see me who I trust to specify the solution to keep us safe. Last week I was burgled of about R20k of goods with my alarm armed. The entered my house through a window and manage to my 51" plasma (amongst other things) without triggering the alarm. The ops manager waffled relentlessly about upselling me an additional R12k worth's additional security hardware to keep us safe. Which they were supposed to do in the first place. Very apologetic, however no liability on the business's part for my loss. I was appalled by the lack of customer service. Their only offering to download my alarm log to prove that my alarm was armed during the, just implicating District watch further... Passing the buck between one another, saying that this one does not work here who did your install, blah blah.
District watch have very good armed response personnel, however their sales and technical staff seem very incompetent.
