Horrible Customer Service

My wife and I entered the Vodacom Shop to enquire about upgrading her cell phone. Staff members do not even acknowledge your presence in the store and try their best to ignore you. One staff member stands at the door watching people walk by! But will not serve customers. When we were finally served, the staff member insisted on answering the store phone repeatedly before serving us. Exasperated at this point, we asked to speak to the store manager. He pointed out in a very unfriendly manner that it is 'Vodacom's policy to answer the store phones' rather than serve customers waiting for service in the store! At this point we asked for the head office number and decided to leave the store. Will certainly not do business there any longer.
