@Home in the Centurion mall yesterday ready to pay for our items we waited at the counter for a while, a staff member had her back towards us i ask is anyone going to help us, the lady said please wait a moment . it was not busy, we where the only customers in the shop. While waiting other staff Ladies in the shop all talking and could not care that we where waiting for help. We then asked the lady again please help us, she got someone. This Other lady that assisted us did not Say hello all she said is "account or cash". Then she started checking glass where that we had, she opened the box actually damaging the box, took the glasses out the rapping and then shoved the glasses back the whole thing then looked second hand. My mom tried to explain to her that she is damaging the packaging, the staff member got argumentative saying her manager said she must do it this way, My mom then said she will check them when they are opened and if they are broken she will come back .this lady interrupted my mom and said no we will not, we asked to see the manager, she rolled her eyes and said her manager is not there! I would like to see what @home head office will do about this
