A Week to do a Sim Swap and still waiting

I was involved in an armed and have been without my phone for 3 weeks. I went to Vodacom 4u in FW Mall and asked to get a sim swap. I bought the simcard (they gave me the wrong one) however I was told that it would be done the next morning as the systems were down. At 1 PM the next day I tried only to see that its not been done. I phoned again and the same person said he will do it again as there was an error. I checked the next day and it was still not done. I phoned again and was told by another staff member that it was never done and she would do it. I waited a day and it wasn't done. I phoned the next day and they told me to come in the simcard is faulty. I went in, spoke to the manager who said it would be done in 2 hours. Its a day later and it is still not done. The manager is not available, and I think this service is SHOCKING!!!
A week to do a simswap... Nice.. How incompetent are these people or the system. I wish I could move my contract, but I am only due for cancellation in May. I will definitely not renew with VODACOM!!
