Vodacom
Very Unprofessional and Bad attitude

Upgraded on Friday, 6/9/2013 to a S3. Got home, switched on the phone and it was in "Safe Mode". Went back to the store on Monday, 9/9/2013 only to have the worst sale mans attitude ever. First telling me to take the phone to Canal Walk and when I said that there is no chance of me going there, the "so called manager" told me that it is a "OBF" and that the phone must be send away. Then when I tried to tell him that I'm not happy with his decision he told me to stop shaking my head and to keep quiet so that he can tell me what is going to happen. The girl that did my upgrade resigned that same Friday and according to "the manager" it was good she left because she did not do he job properly. Not explaining the rules. He was talking so loud and the shop was full of people. Really embarrassing!! Then I told him to cancel my contract and with a big smile on his face told me that I'm tied down for 2 years. It is Thursday evening and still no phone. I spoke to HR of Vodacom this afternoon and still waiting. Had a perfectly working BB before the upgrade. Now they want to repair the phone but in my eyes it's a second hand phone after only 6 days and I don't want it back. I think I deserve a new 1
