Purchased 2 blackberry 8520 cash on 14/7/2013 at Game kollonade, return 1 on 1/12/13 with complaint "not charging". Phone call from Game on 17/12/13, "vodacare return with quote for repairs R728 for physical damage". I contact Mellicent at vodacare who informs me that "I Broke the phone and that I should pay for repairs". How can I be responsible for internal damage on 5 month old phone? Nothing was broken on phone externally. It did not want to charge. Phone still under warranty, she informs me it has been taken out of guarantee because I broke the phone by using a wrong charger. I have been using the blackberry charger given with the phone in the box!!! I demand that phone be repaired under guarantee.
