Good Day
I have requested for 2 of my contracts (081 281 6450 & 081 280 2535) with you to be converted to prepaid (CASE NO: 7251198) because I was previously informed that they expire at 31 DECEMBER 2013.
They told me that by 1 JANUARY 2014 the conversion will be completed, but the new month came and they are still on the contract plan.
I am not going to pay for extra months contract fees due to your incompetence.
Please assist.
