Can not get my expired contract converted2prepaid

Has been struggling to convert my MTN contract to Prepaid.
I have been an MTN Contract customer for more than 10Years and now after my last contract being in month 29 already I can not get my contract converted.
Phoned the center a mnth ago to migrate my contract to prepaid. They told me to fill in a migration form which I did. Then the guy said that they dont accept digital signature. Filled in the form agian. Phone and mailed MTN again without success. Now the guy told me that I need some kind of a Migr Ref nr.
What nonsense is that. I am out of contract and just wanted to convert to prepaid. Asked them where do I get this number and he never replied.
Now I also see that when I migrate to Prepaid they want to take all my Airtime Randvalue. This is totally unacceptable. Where have you ever purchased food at PnP and at the en of the month they just take all the food back that you didnt eat... Now with me migrating MTN wants to take all my Anytime airtime that I build up for me when going over to prepaid.
Lastly when I got my account I see that my Me2U transfer was not deducted from my Airtime money but was added on top of my account.
Please resolve and assist...
