I have requested for my post-paid contract to be cancelled on October 9. I received a confirmation mail from Matumelo Mampane to indicate that my contract will be converted on the 5th of November 2013. I have just received a bill from Neotel reflecting a charge for the whole of November 2013 with no trace of a prepaid conversion.
Also I have a data card, but Matumelo's mail says that I should dial a number to be converted to prepaid. No instruction was given as to how I would do this since this is not a normal handset.
Please can somebody let me know what I can do about this.
