On 2nd of December 2013 I went in to Waterfront store to port my Vodacom prepaid number on to a Telkom Mobile month to month contract. Frustration after frustration you guys managed to do it after one month and hence only ported my number on the 3rd of January 2014 - as if this was not enough!!!
To make matters worse, you ported me on to a prepaid sim and gave me a contract sim (0812559382) in addition clearly stating that it would take a day and a number swap would occur that evening - 3rd January!!
Its now the 8th of January 2014 - am I expected to wait another month and do you expect me to operate with 2 sims?
At the very least this is what I expect :
-resolve this issue TODAY!!!
-Until this is resolved you top up the prepaid sim with airtime so that I can at least use my number (082 574 2494)
-you compensate me for the pathetic service I have received thus far - going on 6 weeks
- you waiver the sim and connection fee for the month to month contract
- you waiver my line rental for the first 3 months at least
- you go out of your way to make me, the customer happy!!!
I am sick and tired of your incompetence and lack of concern for your customers!!!
