This follows my last complaint. I requested for Autopage to convert my contract to prepaid shortly after my last complaint. Guess what same shocking delayed unacceptable service. I have e-mailed on numerous occasions, too many to list, and I keep getting the same automated reply; we will escalate your request. I now need it to be accelerated. I was told that they would cancel it on the 15th of this month as the contract would expire then still nothing has happened. I wonder if any one at Autopage, cancellation department, is even awake or have they cancelled themselves. What is so difficult about this all I want is for my number to be converted to PREPAID immediately. I have now waited long enough and my patience is at its end. I have tried for weeks now but seem to be going in circles, PLEASE convert to prepaid.
