I had a business & 2 topup contracts which I cancelled premature. I ask for a cancellation quote and payed in full end April. I tried to send the document and proof of payment to the email address on top of the documentation. Bank message: email doesn't exist. I contacted Vodacom and they got a new email. They acknowledged receiving the necessary documents and the cancellation of the contract. No more debit orders went through my bank from Apr-July. I requested the no's to be pre-paid. I'm not in the country right now and when my daughter arrived she noticed that there was 1 months money loaded on 2 numbers. I contacted them and they said I still had a contract. I battled to get all cancellation proof again to them. I received again a notice that the contract was cancelled and now I have to RICA within 2 day. I could only do that with help from my bank, it was just before the weekend and did not realize. I was too late. Vodacom still send through a debit order through my account, which was send back by the bank, cost involved R185. I would like Vodacom to pay bank costs and give me back my pre-paid no's.
