A cancellation of security contract was requested 30 days before end of 3 year term as advised by customer services. A written request was send. The cancellation date falls in the middle of the month. It took ADT 3 weeks to respond to my request and it gave them a chance to debit the bank account of my tenant again. SHE RETURNS THE DEBITS AND AND I GET BALCKLISTED FOR NOT PAYING MY DEBIT ORDERS.The net result is that I end up paying two months extra. When ADT responded they treid to sell me other products insteads of addressing the cancellation. Never again.
