On the 01 March 2013 I contacted Vodacom to cancel my Top Up contract I have with them. As this was a premature contract cancellation, they provided me with a quotation and the premature cancellation fee that was payable for my early cancellation. I accepted the quotation, paid the amount and provided all the proof to them on the 01 March 2013. After the documentation was sent to them, I received an email providing me with a reference number indicating that the email communication was received. On the 03 March I received another email indicating that my service request was closed. On the 01 May 2013, I noticed that Vodacom was still charging me for this contract. I contacted the cancellation department again and was requested to send the detail to them which I did immediately. Further to this, the consultant also promised that the "Supervisor" will contact me to resolve this. Well guess what, I never heard from Vodacom again. I send emails on the 20 May and 28 May to the consultant, which requested the information from me, and as yet have had no response. I also called the cancellation department only to be put on hold for a long time and then to be cut off without assist
